1. Eligibility You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

2. Services HarleyWine provides luxury wine concierge services, including wine tastings, cellar consulting, wine education, rare wine sourcing, private events, and related offerings. Specific terms may apply to individual services and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Payment & Billing All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation policies vary depending on the service. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Events: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

  • Consulting Services: Must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds are issued for rare or allocated wine sourcing once purchases are made on your behalf.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, images, and design, is the property of HarleyWine and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without express written permission.

6. Customer Responsibilities You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Use the Site and services in a lawful and respectful manner.

  • Respect the laws regarding the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol.​
